We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from RenalChampion.store. We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

Because our products cater to individuals undergoing medical treatments and managing access sites (such as PD catheters, fistulas, and ports), we uphold strict health and sanitation standards:

Eligible for Return: Items that are brand new, unworn, unwashed, free of any stains or odors, and in their original packaging with all protective tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items: For your safety and the safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn against bare skin, applied directly over an active catheter or access site, opened personal care supplies (e.g., sterile wipes, tape, dressings), or gift cards.

Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We will issue a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with return mailing instructions.

Ship Your Package: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and mail it back using a trackable shipping method.

Please note: Unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our fulfillment facility:

We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will automatically be processed back to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
